(Legend of Korra/Commission) Kuvira had finally won. After a long-fought war that had cost more than a few sacrifices, she had finally claimed her victory against the royal family. This allowed the young but scarily committed woman to establish herself as the new ruler of the Earth Kingdom. Kuvira intended to bring about sweeping reform, creating new laws and rewriting old laws in ways that would SURELY benefit the lives of the common man. It was just an unfortunate fact, however, that many of these civilians Kuvira wanted to help would refuse to see things her way at first. Yet she also knew that all would fall in line with her eventually.
